Digital Literacy for the Common Core

Are your teachers ready for Digital Literacy instruction?

Common Core State Standards and Smarter Balanced Assessments now require our students to have a higher level of technology proficiency and digital literacy. The Technology Integration Cadres are designed to support teachers on a yearlong journey of professional learning organized around foundational topics in education technology. Five days of instruction are combined with ongoing lesson development support, a resource website, and online learning modules to create a transformative experience for teachers and their students.

  • Day 1 - Critical Thinking for Digital Literacy & Digital Citizenship
  • Day 2 - Collaboration with Google Apps for Education & Communication with Google Classroom
  • Day 3 - Creativity with Digital Storytelling
  • Day 4 - Creation & Curation of Websites & Digital Portfolios
  • Day 5 - Personalized Learning & Digital Portfolio Showcase

Cost is $5,000 per cadre (maximum of 20 participants)
