Are you curious about how AI can enhance your teaching practice? We believe that the teacher’s voice is crucial in this conversation. That’s why we’re excited to invite you to join our new initiative, “AI Explorers: A Community of Practice for Educators.” This exclusive, paid opportunity is designed specifically for classroom teachers in grades 4-12, and we would love for you to be a part of it!

Objectives

• Test and evaluate AI tools and resources to support student and educator success.
• Create a portfolio of artifacts and promising practices of AI in education.
• Share your learnings across our county schools.

• August 1st: Back to School Reboot, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
• August 1st or 2nd: Orientation
• October 10th: CoP Meeting, 4:00-5:30 pm, in-person, Santa Cruz COE
• November 7th: CoP Meeting, 4:00-5:30 pm, virtual
• January 30th: CoP Meeting, 4:00-5:30 pm, virtual
• March 5th: CoP Meeting, 4:00-5:30 pm, virtual
• May 1st: Showcase, 4:00-6:00 pm, in-person, Santa Cruz COE
