Educator Recruitment Fair 2025

The Santa Cruz COE will be hosting its annual Educator Recruitment Fair from 9 – 11 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2025. Many local school districts will be in attendance. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes as on-site interviews may occur.

In addition to the district meet-and-greet, San Jose State University (SJSU) and California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB) will be present to answer questions about its various credential programs.

What is the Educator Recruitment Fair?

It is an opportunity for individuals seeking classified and teaching positions in education to meet with those who hire classified staff, teachers, and other certificated candidates, including psychologists, counselors, school nurses, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and preschool teachers.

Representatives from school districts will be available for a morning of focused interaction with candidates. This event will be held in person at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education.
