Our Amazon Deep Racer After-School Club has been a blast! Pajaro Valley High School’s Computer Science Teacher Sarah Blanchette has led our high school students since November in this interactive and hands-on coding experience. Club members have learned the Amazon Web Services Deep Racer interface, and explored how to use machine learning to improve the performance of their simulated racing cars.
Join us for a LIVE race on March 11 at the Santa Cruz COE STEAM Expo at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds! Watch as students use their 1/16th scale model racing cars with the code they’ve developed during club meetings, and cheer us all on!
