The Capitola City, Capitola City Police, United Way of Santa Cruz County- Youth Action Network, Cradle To Career, and the Santa Cruz County Office of Education have collaborated to create a survey for Santa Cruz County youth ages 11 to 18.
We would love to hear about your experience at the Capitola Mall and Capitola Village! Questions revolve around what you enjoy about the locations and what you want to see more of. We value their input, and it will guide us in creating safe, engaging, and fun spaces for youth. After completing the survey, you are entered for a chance to win a prize!
Survey closes June 17th. Raffle prize winners will be contacted the week of June 19th.
