Educator Recruitment Fair 2026

The Santa Cruz County Office of Education will host its annual Educator Recruitment Fair from 9:00–11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026. Please share the flyer!

What Is the Educator Recruitment Fair?

The Educator Recruitment Fair is an in-person opportunity for individuals seeking classified and certificated positions in education to meet directly with those responsible for hiring. Positions include teachers, psychologists, counselors, school nurses, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and preschool educators.

Representatives from multiple local school districts will be in attendance to connect with prospective candidates. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their resumes, as on-site interviews may be offered.

✔ Dress professionally and arrive prepared
✔ Bring resumes and be ready to discuss your interests
✔ Introduce yourself clearly and confidently
✔ If a line is long, visit another district and return later
✔ Ask questions about district culture, mentoring, and support
