PD Training: Fentanyl and Narcan Training
SafeRX will be offering training for staff working in our schools, which will focus on Narcan as a tool to combat Opioid overdoses, including Fentanyl. Santa Cruz County continues to suffer an increase in deaths from drug overdoses, especially among our teenagers. Fentanyl has driven this increase in overdose and overdose deaths, impacting all of our school communities.
The training will be from 3-4pm, followed with plenty of time to answer our questions, including how our school staff and students can access Narcan, and how SafeRX can help provide education to our students and their families. Please help our school communities come together to prevent further loss.
