TechGirlz X Santa Cruz COE TechShop: Create Video Games

The Santa Cruz County Office of Education is excited to invite 3rd-8th grade students to our Create Video Games TechGirlz Event on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 from 4:00-5:30 pm.

Do you like to play video games? Do you wonder how they are made? Would you like to make your own?

Come learn how to do this using the block-based Scratch visual programming system. You’ll learn what coding is all about, have fun exercising your imagination and gain skills by writing code to make your game work!

No prior experience with Scratch or coding necessary.

Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to attend.
