SCCOE has partnered with Cabrillo College, Santa Cruz City Schools, Pajaro Valley Unified School District, San Lorenzo Valley Unified School District, and Scotts Valley Unified School District to bring this one-of-a-kind magnet CTE opportunity in the Information, Communication and Technology Career Pathway to Santa Cruz County high school students.
The pathway begins with our foundation year-long year IT Essentials, covering technology, networking, hardware, software and cybersecurity. Upon successful completion, students earn 4 Cabrillo College credits, as well as credits at their own high schools. After the first year, students are eligible to move on to our Cybersecurity/Networking or Technology Support Services Pathways, which are dual enrollment opportunities through Cabrillo College.
