The Students in Transition program has completed the Annual Count of Homeless Students in Schools for the 2022-2023 school year. This is achieved through an annual survey administered to all school districts in the county, including federally funded preschool programs. The numbers collected are submitted to the CDE and play a crucial role in shaping our understanding of homelessness in education at the local level.
