CCHP has produced a series of color laminated mini-posters on prevention of communicable reminders about best practices. The posters are available in Chinese, English and Spanish on how to stop infectious diseases, injuries and dental diseases. There are also fact sheets for families, health and safety notes, forms and checklists and policies and illness sheets. Posters can be found on the CCHP web site.
