District Support and Leadership partners with county school districts and charters to create equity driven plans that will close the opportunity gap. Our team provides resources, training and opportunities to collaborate with a focus on continuous improvement. We provide updates and guidance in the development of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and support for Categorical Programs.
We tailor our work to the individual district needs throughout the year. Our services may include;
- informational presentations to school boards, community groups, and teacher groups
- facilitation of leadership team meetings
- one-on-one support for district-level teams participating in Differentiated Assistance or Federal Program Monitoring
- workshops and network opportunities

Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan
With the approval of Senate Bill 98, LEAs are required to complete and adopt a Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan for the 2020-21 School year. The LCP is intended to describe and memorialize the planning process that LEAs have gone through in responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic and how they intend to offer a high quality instructional program. Below are resources for LEAs to use in planning.
