Think Big From Bikes to Biotech- a Day with local Innovators
Through a Santa Cruz Works and Santa Cruz County Office of Education partnership we are welcoming 100 high school students from across the entire county for a hands-on career exploration experience. The event will be May 1st from 11:00am-3:00pm at the Santa Cruz Wrigley Building.
Students will:
Learn about your company and mission
Explore career pathways in innovation and entrepreneurship
Engage in small-group conversations with professionals
This is a low-pressure, high-impact opportunity to inspire the next generation.

Are you passionate about entrepreneurship/ innovation and giving back to the community?
Whether you’re an industry expert, educator, innovator or community member, we’d love for you to be part of our Think Big experience. Share your skills, inspire future innovators, and help create engaging learning experiences for all.
On the day of the event we are looking for entrepreneurs and innovators that are willing to open their doors to five groups of ten high school aged students from around the county. Students will arrive prepared with interview style questions and a passion for exploring career opportunities. There will also be a pizza lunch provided which will provide for a less formal opportunity to get to know each other.
